A car hire supplier can refuse to provide a vehicle to any person, who is, in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, your contract with Rentalcargroup.com will immediately become void and we will have no further liability to you.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, at the time of confirmation only a deposit will be due. The full balance payment is required at the time of rental and charged by the local rental agency directly. Heavycarcasa.com accepts Visa, Mastercard,bank transfer or cash

You will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel your reservation 7 days ahead of time

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days, but at least 24 hours before your specified pick up time you will be refunded the booking amount minus a small cancellation fee. You will need to call  (+212) 661-064-774 to find out the exact cancellation fee.

If you cancel your booking in less than 24 hours before your specified pick up time, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Will I be charged if I don’t show up for my reservation?

If you fail to pick up your prepaid rental on the specified pick-up date, you will receive a full refund minus a no show fee of USD €50 / CAD 90€.
