To rent, the designated driver on the contract must be older than 21 years. A valid drivers license must also be held, for at least one year. This must be supported by original documents. If a second driver is required. they must be present at the time of departure and submit the original driver’s license and an identity card or a passport. Only drivers identified on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the rental vehicle.

The lease is granted for the term of the contract unless an extension is granted by the lessor.The company reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle at the expense of the lessee if there is a failure to return the vehicule on the agreed date.

HEAVYCAR gives you the choice of where you want to collect or return the vehicle (airport, hotels, railway stations .etc..), subject to prior agreement. The use of vehicles on unpaved roads (track) is prohibited. The driver is responsible for the crimes and violations of traffic.

Fuel is charged to the lessee. The car will be delivered with a level of fuel and returned with the same level, any fuel left in the tank will not be refunded.

The payment can be made on our site OR ON OFFICE, by wire transfer or credit card. Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and the delivery / collection of the vehicle. Our prices are expressed in MAD
N.B: on accept paiement either EUR or dollar .

The vehicles are all insured . However, for any damage other than theft, fire, glass breakage, liability and passengers (PAI), a non-waivable ceiling remains the responsibility of the driver in the case or its partial or full responsibility would be engaged. For any accident, a police report is mandatory.

Expressly agreed in the court whose jurisdiction is located at the company headquarters, the lessor will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to this contract. The lessor may, however, waive the benefit of this jurisdiction clause and bring to any court of competent jurisdiction.

The amount of the rental is payable in advance for the entire rental period.

Motors is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

The Motors is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Motors and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for the resolution of any disputes.
